Nan, Our Furry Friend
We believe that learning about the past can be exciting and fun for the whole family. Join us throughout the year for a variety of engaging programs specially designed for kids and families. Our museum mascot is a white Scottish terrier named Nan.

Meet Nan, the adorable white Scottish terrier who is more than just a mascot – she’s part of the Newnan-Coweta History Center family! Nan loves exploring history and has a nose for exciting stories from the past. Keep an eye out for Nan at special events and programs, where she’s always ready to greet young historians with a wagging tail and a sense of adventure.
